Warranties
We provide limited manufacturer-backed warranty for all authentic Archies Footwear purchased through our official website, covering inherent structural defects including sole delamination, arch support fracture and stitching failure under normal daily wear.
The valid warranty period lasts 90 calendar days starting from the parcel delivery date. Warranty claims will not be honored once the time limit expires regardless of product damage conditions.
Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by improper use, including excessive outdoor abrasion, chemical erosion, artificial cutting, impact breakage and wear beyond regular daily scenarios.
All warranty applications require submission of original order number, intact product and damage photos. We will verify claim validity within 7 business days after receiving complete supporting materials.
Approved warranty claims are resolved via complimentary product replacement instead of cash refunds. All replacement shipments follow our standard global shipping rules with zero additional delivery fees.
We do not offer extended warranty services for individual orders. Any modified warranty terms will be updated on this page and take effect automatically for subsequent orders.
