Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted within the valid 60-day return period starting from the date customers receive shipped parcels. Requests submitted beyond this time frame will not be approved under any circumstances.
Full refunds without item return are only available for defective products shipped with original factory flaws, incorrect item specifications or shipping delivery errors caused solely by our team. Visual proof including clear photos or videos must be provided for review.
Refunds for returned intact products will be processed only after our warehouse receives, inspects and confirms returned items meet return standards. Damaged, worn, stained products or goods without original packaging and attached tags will be rejected for refunds.
Every approved refund takes 5 to 10 business days to complete internal financial processing. All refunds are issued exclusively in USD, and exchange rate differences generated by customer payment banks will not be covered by our website.
We do not provide partial refunds for customer subjective reasons including inappropriate shoe size, unsatisfied wearing comfort or accidental order placement. Customers are advised to verify product parameters before checkout.
Once a refund is issued, the funds arrival time depends on third-party payment platform processing rules. We bear no liability for delays caused by payment providers or customer banking institutions.
