Customer Service Policy
Every confirmed order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. The overall delivery duration from dispatch to parcel receipt is fixed at 6-12 business days for all global destinations, and no expedited shipping option is available currently.
Customers are entitled to initiate return applications within 60 calendar days upon parcel receipt. All returned items must remain unworn with original packaging, labels and accessories intact, free from stains or damage caused by improper use.
All qualified returned goods will be inspected by our logistics team after arrival. We will complete formal refund execution within 5-10 business days after inspection approval, and all refunds will be issued in USD based on the original order payment amount.
All onsite transactions including checkout payment, partial refunds and compensation settlements are processed exclusively in USD. We do not support clearing via any other fiat currencies or digital currencies.
