Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders undergo internal sorting and packaging within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation. We do not support expedited shipping, and there is no separate shipping tier for domestic and international destinations.
The end-to-end delivery timeframe for all global shipments is fixed between 6 and 12 business days. Delivery delays may occur due to routine customs inspections, extreme weather or regional logistics suspensions, and such cases will not qualify for automatic refunds.
We provide free worldwide shipping for every completed order with no minimum spending requirement. No delivery fees, fuel surcharges or remote area delivery fees will be charged to customers anywhere globally.
Customers must submit accurate and complete shipping addresses during checkout. Address modification requests are only acceptable before order shipment, and no changes can be processed once parcels leave our warehouse.
We will initiate logistics tracking updates once parcels are dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking status and collecting parcels in a timely manner. Unclaimed parcels returned to the warehouse due to customer neglect will require customers to bear secondary shipping costs.
We take liability for lost or damaged parcels confirmed by official logistics proof. Verified logistics losses will be resolved via full refunds or free reshipment based on customer preference, with all settlements processed in USD.
We retain the right to suspend shipment for orders facing high-risk logistics routes or regional shipping bans. Affected customers will receive full refunds without extra processing fees.
